πŸ‘‹ Hello there, I’m Jin Wu!

πŸŽ“ I am a second-year master student at the Laboratory for Computational Sensing & Robotics from Johns Hopkins University. I work under the guidance of Prof. Peter Kazanzides, Prof. Anqi Liu, and Prof. Tim Harris. Before joining JHU, I completed my undergraduate studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where I worked with Prof. Youyi Bi and Prof. Yanfeng Shen.

πŸ€– My research interests focus on bridging machine learning and robotics. I am passionate about developing intelligent robotic systems capable of autonomous decision-making and dexterous manipulation. I also have hands-on experience with various robotic platforms, including surgical robots, industrial robots, wheeled robots, and UAVs.

🦾 I am focused on applying reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and vision-language models to surgical robotics, with a specific emphasis on the Da Vinci Surgical System. My work also extends to projects involving digital twin and mixed reality applications for industrial manufacturing and rodent skull surgery.

πŸš€ Currently, I am actively seeking for PhD opportunities. And I am eager to explore broader applications of robot learning across various domains.
